How Anthony's Pizza Became a Delaware Landmark

In 2009, Anthony opened the doors of his first coal fired pizza kitchen in Wilmington, Delaware with one simple goal: serve the most authentic, honest pizza possible — nothing more, nothing less. Inspired by the legendary pizza makers of New Haven and Brooklyn, he imported a hand-built coal-fired oven and never looked back.
